Please read these Terms carefully before using the AITurf Digital Health Check. By entering your email address and submitting a domain for analysis, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
AITurf is a digital presence audit platform based in Bengaluru, India. We operate the AITurf Digital Health Check, a free automated tool that analyses publicly accessible information associated with a business's online presence and generates a scored report.
Our service crawls and analyses publicly available information related to the domain you submit, including:
The output is a scored report (the "Report") delivered via email as a PDF document.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to submit the domain for analysis. By submitting a domain you represent that you own or have permission to audit that domain. You may not submit domains belonging to third parties without their consent, use the service for competitive intelligence in violation of any applicable law, or attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
The Report generated for your domain is provided for your personal or business use. The AITurf platform, methodology, scoring framework, and all associated software remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not resell, republish, or commercially exploit Reports without our written consent.
The Digital Health Check accesses publicly available data on third-party platforms in accordance with their public-access policies and robots.txt directives. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the content or policies of any third-party platform.
The Report is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Scores and findings reflect publicly observable signals at the time of the audit and may change. We make no warranty that the Report is complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AITurf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed INR 1,000 (one thousand rupees).
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
